1. Operator and scope
The webdiman.com website and services presented under the Webdiman brand are operated by DIMHOST SRL. These terms apply to website use. Commercial conditions for a specific project are agreed separately through a proposal, contract, or accepted order.
2. Services
Webdiman provides software development, websites, e-commerce, 3D experiences, consulting, optimisation, and maintenance. Public descriptions are informational and do not automatically form a contractual offer.
3. Proposals, scope, and changes
Scope, deliverables, timing, price, and acceptance criteria are defined in project documents. Additional requirements or significant changes may require re-estimation, revised timing, and written acceptance.
4. Client responsibilities
The client provides accurate information, access to required systems, materials they are entitled to use, and feedback within agreed times. Delays in providing these may affect the project schedule.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices, currency, instalments, and due dates are stated in the applicable proposal or contract. Third-party services, licences, hosting, and platform charges are included only when explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in custom deliverables are defined by contract. Libraries, tools, pre-existing components, and open-source software remain subject to their own licences. The client warrants that supplied materials may be lawfully used.
7. Confidentiality and data
Confidential information is used only to perform the engagement. Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy and, when needed, in additional contractual agreements.
8. Acceptance, warranty, and support
Testing and acceptance procedures are agreed for each project. Covered defect remediation, warranty period, and support services are those stated in the applicable commercial documents.
9. Third-party services and availability
Some deliverables may depend on hosting, APIs, payment processors, or other external services. Webdiman does not control provider changes, outages, or terms, but will communicate known risks.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and subject to the applicable contract, liability is limited to proven direct loss. Commercial results, search rankings, or performance dependent on external factors are not guaranteed.
11. Governing law and contact
